In stock orders ship within a week and are delivered a week after. Preorders can take up to 6 weeks to ship with delivery being a week after.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchange it. Unworn, tags on, 30 days — we’ll swap the size and cover the return label.
Does the hood actually work, or does it cover my eyes?
It’s a full quarter-zip balaclava, so pulled all the way up it covers everything. Fold the front edge back once and it sits clean above the eyeline. Some people wear it fully down on purpose — that’s the point of it.
Does the zip sit against your face?
At full zip the pull sits just under the chin. If you’re sensitive to cold metal, run the zip to three-quarters — the hood still holds its shape.
Is it too heavy to wear indoors?
Honestly, for most heated rooms — yes. These are cut at outerwear weight, not sweatshirt weight. If you want something you can sit at a desk in all day, this isn’t it. Check the exact fabric weight in the product details.

I waited about two weeks for the item to arrive, and I was initially very satisfied with it. However, after washing the new garment once, I wore it outside for the first time. When I gently pulled down the hem to adjust the fit, the fabric suddenly tore open.
I find it difficult to accept that a new garment could tear so easily during its first wear.
I also purchased the same item in black, but I have not worn it yet. I would like to request an exchange for the **black version in size L** instead of the color that was damaged.
If an exchange for the black version in size L is not possible, I would like to request a **full refund**.
I am very disappointed, especially after waiting so long for the item. Please do not treat this as ordinary damage caused by wear. I would appreciate it if you could inspect the product for defects and resolve this matter through an exchange or refund.
새옷 도착 2주걸렸고 / 한번 세탁기에 빨고 입었는데 좀 줄어든거같아서 옷밑단잡고 옷매무새 정리하려 했는데 종이처럼 찢어짐 처음엔 봉제선이 터진지 알았으나 그냥 원단자체가 찢어짐 집와서 다른 짱짱한곳도 두손으로 꼬집어서 뜯으면 뜯김 뭔가 문제있음 이색상 만 문제있는건지 검은색 /회색 두개샀는데 검은색은 친구줘서 모르겠으나 문제있는 회색후드티는 검은색후디 L 사이즈로 교환해주던지 환불해주세요

Love the material and weight of this sweater! I got the size extra small which fits perfectly and it’s not too baggy. Overall really made well. Unfortunately for us Canadians be prepared to pay some extra taxes.
