Due to demand, most of our pieces are preorders and take an average of 6 weeks to ship. We make our pieces in limited production batch cycles that can sometimes take up to 8 weeks to finalize due to numerous uncontrollable elements as well as our mandatory quality checks and standard inspection. This is an assurance that you will definitely get your order, it might just take a while. In the rare event that your order takes more than 6 weeks to ship, the likelihood is that your order got moved down to the next production batch and will ship when that is finalized (usually an additional 3-6 weeks).
For in-stock orders - our checkout system still says these orders can take up to 6 weeks to ship but these typically ship within 2 weeks from order date. We just prefer to have a blanket 6 week expectation to ship to enable us pace the distribution.

Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the item.
